Course: Spring 2022 Architectural Analysis (Brown)
Professor: Marthe Rowen
This project focuses on the art of diagram and representation, analyzing two case studies of adaptive reuse projects by Neri & Hu: Design Republic Design Commune, Shanghai, and Waterhouse at South Bund, Shanghai. A series of spatial analyses of program, privacy, and circulation, and sequence diagrams of intervention illustrate the unapologetic coexistence, yet clear contrast between old and new.
